We’re pairing power and coordination with two alternating Tabatas:
Tabata 1: Kettlebell Swings + Double Unders

Tabata 2: Single Arm Kettlebell Snatch + Burpees
Cycle back and forth between movements each 20-second work, 10 sec rest interval x 8 sets (4 sets Each)
