We will be doing a fun Centenarian Challenge this Saturday at 9 am! This challenge is a series of physical test that have a direct correlation to longevity and how to not only age gracefully but also as how to live a long and independent life. I hope you all have fun with this challenge and it allows you to see how what we do in the gym adds quality to your life.
