A few of us are currently training for the Fernie 10km — if you’re interested in joining, reach out! Training alongside others is a great way to stay motivated and accountable.
Personally, my morning runs are one of my favorite training days of the week. There’s just something special about those quiet summer mornings — cool air, beautiful light, and a head start on the day.
