Here’s what our weekly schedule looks like:

  • Monday – Squats + MetCon + Glute/Core accessory work

  • Tuesday – Bench Press + Upper Body Push/Pull

  • Wednesday – Cardio OH!

  • Thursday – Active Recovery

  • Friday – Lower Body Hinge + Lunge/Single-Leg Work

  • Saturday – Community WOD @ FarmFit, 8:00 AM

Monday’s Workout:

A. Back Squats
8-8-8-8 (build across sets)

B. Every 2 minutes x 5 sets:

  • 5 DB Thrusters (35/50 lb per arm)

  • 5 Burpee Box Jump Overs (20”/24”)

C. 3 Sets:

  • 10 Barbell Hip Thrusts

  • 20 Alternating Weighted Deadbugs
