Tuesday – Bench Press + Upper Body Push/Pull
Wednesday – Cardio OH!
Thursday – Active Recovery
Friday – Lower Body Hinge + Lunge/Single-Leg Work
Saturday – Community WOD @ FarmFit, 8:00 AM
Monday’s Workout:
A. Back Squats
8-8-8-8 (build across sets)
B. Every 2 minutes x 5 sets:
5 DB Thrusters (35/50 lb per arm)
5 Burpee Box Jump Overs (20”/24”)
C. 3 Sets:
10 Barbell Hip Thrusts
20 Alternating Weighted Deadbugs
