I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! We had another busy one celebrating all the birthdays—so much fun, but I’m definitely feeling it today! 😅
As I head into the first official week of my 40s, I’ll be continuing my "40-Year-Old Fitness Test" and pushing myself to see what this next chapter holds. Thanks so much for following along! I hope this series is inspiring you to learn something new about yourself, too. 💪
Here’s what’s on deck for Monday:
Workout A
🔹 Back Squat – Work up to a tough single (not a true 1RM, but something that challenges you).
Workout B
🔹 Every 2:30 x 5 Rounds:
• 10 Weighted Step-Ups (35/50 lb per arm)
• 200m Row
Workout C
🔹 3 Rounds:
• 10 Barbell Hip Thrusts
• 2 Alternating Turkish Get-Ups (35/50 lb per arm)
Workout D
🔹 Cool Down:
• Couch Stretch – 2 minutes per side
