There will be no classes the week of December 25-30th! With so many people away for the holidays we will be posting a fun workout for the day and offering open gym throughout the week. The following week we will have a reduced schedule to cerebrate New Years day and then our regular class schedule will resume.

A.Compete

Strict Ring Muscle up 1-3 Reps Every 2 min x 5 sets

Train 1-3 CTB + 1 -3 Ring Dips Every 2 min x 5 sets

Sweat 4-6 Ring Rows + 4-6 Push ups Every 2 min x 5 sets

B. 5 RFT

15 Box Jumps

10 Toes to Rings

5 Devils Press 35/50

C. Sleeper Stretch 2 min per side. 1 min passive, 1 min active
