For Time

  • 800m Run

  • 60 Toes to Bar

  • 40 Power Cleans 95/135

  • 20 Bar-Facing Burpees

  • 40 Front Rack Reverse Lunges 95/135

  • 60 Partner Med Ball Sit-Ups 14/20

  • 800m Run

    You’ll start and finish with a run, but the real work is in the middle—grip, core, coordination, and teamwork.
