We have started using the Push Press Train app! This app works similar to SugarWOD and all of your data is transferable from SugarWOD to the PushPress Train app. You will find our workouts in the members app under “Schedule” and then “Workouts.” If you need help navigating this please let us know! We will be posting the workouts to both the blog and the app for a few weeks as we transition over. Thank you for your patience as we work through all this!

A. Pulling Skill

Level 1- 5 Beat Swings + 10 sec support hold x 5 sets

Level 2- 2 CTB + 2 Ring Dips x 5 sets

Level 3- 1-5 RMU x 5 sets

B. Strength- Weighted strict pull up, work to a tough set of 4
