Suitable for all fitness levels, our Functional Fitness classes will challenge and motivate you to reach your health goals.

  • Thursday: Open Gym- Unlimited for monthly members

2 | Foundations of functional fitness

Our Foundations of Functional Fitness course breaks down essential movements, techniques, and principles, ensuring a solid grasp of fitness fundamentals. Led by experienced instructors, this class provides a supportive environment to hone your skills and build confidence.

Perfect for beginners or those refining their technique, this class covers the basic movements and exercises used in our regular programming. Learn proper form to ensure a safe and effective workout experience.

3 | Youth Strength and Conditioning

Membership Options: 10 Class Punch Card $80

Join us for Youth Strength and Conditioning, a dynamic program tailored for athletes aged 8-14 aiming to enhance performance and fitness levels. Led by experienced coaches, this class focuses on developing strength, agility, and overall athleticism in a fun and supportive environment.

Through age-appropriate exercises and drills, participants learn proper techniques, improve coordination, and build confidence in their abilities. Whether your child is new to fitness or active in sports, our program is designed to help them reach their full potential and foster a lifelong love for health and wellness.

4 | Barbell Club

Membership Options: 8 Week Program $120

You'll learn proper form for the squat, bench press, deadlift, and strict press, along with targeted exercises to build strength and muscle. Suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced lifters, our club offers comprehensive guidance and a supportive community.

6 | Legends 65+ Class

Membership Options: 8 Week Program $120

Join our Legends 65+ class designed for older adults aiming to maintain independence and improve overall health. This 8-week session features low-impact exercises tailored to enhance mobility, balance, and strength.

Open to individuals over 65 years old, regardless of current activity level, participants work at their own pace with exercises modified to individual needs. With a focus on functional strengthening for daily activities, our class aims to enhance quality of life and support independence.
