A. Back Squats
5 reps @ 80% 1RM – 1 set
3 reps @ 85% 1RM – 2 sets
1 rep @ 90% 1RM – 3 sets
👉 Rest 2–3 minutes between sets
B. 10-Minute AMRAP
Max Distance Single-Arm Farmer Carry (50/70#)
C. Accessory Work – 3 Sets:
10 Cossack Squats (hold a 10/15# plate in front)
10 Back Extensions or Superman Raises
10 Alternating Pistols
