Today’s Training

A. Back Squats

  • 5 reps @ 80% 1RM – 1 set

  • 3 reps @ 85% 1RM – 2 sets

  • 1 rep @ 90% 1RM – 3 sets
    👉 Rest 2–3 minutes between sets

B. 10-Minute AMRAP

  • Max Distance Single-Arm Farmer Carry (50/70#)

C. Accessory Work – 3 Sets:

  • 10 Cossack Squats (hold a 10/15# plate in front)

  • 10 Back Extensions or Superman Raises

  • 10 Alternating Pistols
