Heading into the weekend with some explosive power and skill work! Today is all about dialing in your technique, building muscle memory in gymnastics, and finishing off with a spicy little workout to cap it off.
A. Power Cleans
2 reps x 5 sets
👉 Build in weight across sets if form stays sharp. Focus on speed through the middle and clean bar paths.
B. 10-Minute Skill Session
Choose 1–2 to focus on:
Handstand Holds or Support Holds
Legless Rope Climbs
Muscle-Up or Pull-Up Practice
👉 Use this time to work on drills, refine technique, and progress your gymnastics skills. Quality > Quantity.
C. Finisher – 5 Sets:
30 Double Unders
5 Hang Power Clean & Overhead (85/115#)
7 Pull-Ups
Rest 1 minute between sets
👉 This one packs a punch! Stay smooth on the jump rope, move efficiently through the barbell, and push the pull-ups with good form.
